Submission

The deadline to submit an abstract for WCE2023 is Wednesday 30th November 2022, 23:59 GMT. You need to ensure you have completed the submission process before this date. Any submissions in the draft status will not be considered for review.

To submit an abstract, you need to log into the Online Submission Portal.

Before submitting an abstract, please take a moment to carefully read the submission guidelines.


Guidelines

The word limit for each abstract is 250 words, excluding the title, authors and affiliations. A maximum of two abstracts can be submitted per presenting author. The number of co-authors for each abstract should be limited to a maximum of twelve.

Abstracts should not contain any tables or figures and the use of abbreviations and acronyms should be kept to a minimum.

All abstracts must be written and presented in English, otherwise they will not be reviewed.

You can choose between the following presentation types:

  • Oral Presentation

  • Poster Presentation

  • Video Presentation

Each abstract should adhere to the following structure:

  • Introduction

  • Aim(s)

  • Materials and Methods

  • Results

  • Conclusions and impact
